I have been in the fitness field for over 15 years as a Registered Dietitian helping people live a healthy life through quality food choices; as a personal trainer, helping people reach their strength and fitness goals for a strong and healthy body; and as a yoga teacher, guiding people through the physical, mental, and spiritual practices of yoga on a daily basis. I believe in ahimsa, non-violence, and maiti, loving kindness towards oneself, on and off the mat. My classes are for all levels and I encourage students to accept their bodies and their practice as they are today.
