Rosada found yoga as a college athlete and a full time river guide. While getting injured repeatedly she realized that she needed to find a balance between tough demanding physical performance and restoring and nourishing her body. The body awareness and healing that yoga brought to her inspired her to share it with others. She received her first teachers training certificate in 2006 in Anusara and has since completed an additional teacher training, an advanced training, and a yoga therapy training. She has taught in a variety of classes including prenatal, postpartum, beginning, and intermediate flow. She teaches an upbeat playful class with a focus on alignment. When not teaching yoga, Rosada can be found enjoying high energy activities in the outdoors, delighting in nature, growing and preparing healthy food, and being a mom.
