Ros has been dedicated to yoga for more than eight years. It all started in college where she chose yoga as a physical education class. The first thing that her teacher said was “without breath you are not truly practicing yoga”. Ros works off of the principle that yoga gives us more strength than we know we have.
She graduated from YogaWorks with her 200hr certification in March of 2014, taught by Laurel Beversdorf and Jaime Segal Hanley, and continues to further her education through classes and workshops with other teachers. Ros has also taken extensive training in prenatal yoga.
Working in a high-stress corporate position has taught Ros to take her practice off of her mat and into real life. Her vinyasa-style classes are invigorating, personalized, balanced, and reminds students to breath on and off the mat.
Ros practiced yoga through both of her pregnancies up until two days before her son and daughter were born and incorporates many of the poses that she has learned in her prenatal classes.
