Hello! I moved to Oklahoma in April of 2014 from Kentucky due to my husband's employment. I fell in love with yoga after going through a difficult time in life, while searching for something to fill up my time and an empty void. After becoming a frequent yogi at my local studio in KY, I was asked if I would be interested in teaching, which I gladly said yes to in hopes of learning more about the practice.
I was taught multiple styles and actually earned my certification at a hot yoga studio. Currently, I only teach morning classes, where most of my focus is on relaxation and positive, healing thoughts. My classes are very informal and laid back. Come as you are, with an open mind and an accepting heart!
