In my holistic therapy practice I utilize various modalities including hypnotherapy, visualization, yoga, and guided meditation toward both practical and spiritual means. I also teach hypnomeditation, which is an integration of meditation and self-hypnosis for profound relaxation, focus, and mindfulness. The combination of these varied modalities helps the individual to achieve inner power and guide the practitioner on a purpose driven path. I provide sessions to individuals and small groups as well as create workshops and seminars for various organization and corporate groups.
I also offer customized Gentle Yoga and Yoga Therapy based in the classical practice of Ashtanga Yoga, also known as the Eight Limbs of Yoga, for those with physical challenges or limitation. All ages and levels of ability are welcome to try Gentle Yoga.
