I am a 27 year old Australian female. I practice yoga three to four days a week and have been practicing for five years now, around the country, Bali, America and recently India, where I trained with Arhanta to become a qualified teacher. I teach traditional hatha yoga, chakra meditation and yogic philosophy. I study Natural medicine full time and in two years will start my career in naturopathy. I love to paddle board and dabble in Sup yoga to keep happy and healthy, I am learning to play guitar, fire twirl, sew my own clothes and cook delicious and nutritious food such as yoghurt, fermented vegetables and bone broth.
