I am an experienced 500 hr. Kripalu yoga and creative dance teacher, having well over 30 years of teaching to all ages, including those with special needs. I also am a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Somatic Trauma Therapist, Reiki practitioner and Let your Yoga Dance Instructor. I am able to challenge students of all abilities using a gentle, powerful yet compassionate, fun approach, and I am passionate about sharing the wisdom I have gained in my years of practice to support people in their growth, healing and transformation.
