I've been practising yoga for over 15 years and am a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance UK having trained in Morocco with Yogahaven Teaching Academy.
As a Mum to three pre-teen girls, promoting a healthy mind and body balance is important to me.

I love these classes

I attend Rosie's hatha yoga and her yoga for runners classes. Both are excellent.

Really relaxed and informal but also challenging - very clear explanations for each pose and also moderations for injuries and for beginners or more difficult poses!

Highly recommend these classes and Rosie!

Perfect for our requirements - great for flexibility, balance and strength. A bit spiritual but not too much. A great tutor who domemstrates all the moves, and helps where necessary, in a friendly, supportive and calm environment.

I was new to Yoga when I started with Rosie.
I love the weekly classes, and definitely feel the benefits.
Rosie explains the poses and movements well and adjusts when necessary.
I am much more aware of my posture in day to day life now.
Oh and the mini head massage with aromatherapy oil at the end of class is lovely !

Rosie is fantastic! I was a complete yoga beginner after trying a class a few years back and feeling very intimidated. I reluctantly agreed to try it again, Rosie immediately put me at ease with her calm nature and cheery smile. Myself and my friend have a private class every wk which is just fantastic. I am a complete yoga convert thanks to Rosie!

Favourite part of my week!

Rosie's classes are small and friendly, she corrects any not so good habits. She has really good knowledge of the body and gives alternative poses for any class members who have an injury. I have tried a few classes in the area and Rosie is by far my favourite teacher.

Always positive

Rosie always makes me feel challenged in a good way. Her lessons encourage progress without pressure. Although my body gets tired after a class I always walk home feeling mentally energised and happy.

Rosieglo is Fab!

Experienced, friendly teacher who's classes are small in number and open to all levels of ability. In just a few weeks, I saw an improvement in my body's flexibility and stamina. Thoroughly recommended.

Im new to Yoga, Rosie is engaging and explains the many positions clearly and points out in a pleasant manner where you are going wrong, at the end of the class I feel very relaxed and had a very good work out

Perfectly balanced

Ideal for me as a cyclist looking for core strength and conditioning. Very easy style and just challenging enough to move forward by the week. Since starting with Rosie i have had no more calf problems when running and feel my posture has improved.
