Rosie is my favorite yoga instructor who has struck the very difficult balance between spirituality and physicality in her teaching. She is very grounded and easy to talk to, which makes her approachable with any questions or problems after class is over. She is well versed in anatomical knowledge, as well as yogic principles. I absolutely love her approach to yoga, and will be hard pressed to find anyone who facilitates a more enjoyable session!
I started yoga with Rosie during my recovery for hip surgery. I found her to be very attentive to positions that might be difficult for me and always aware of how I was doing, but she didn't dumb it down for me. She makes yoga accessible to everyone.
Rosie led yoga for my Crossfit class for the duration of my time in Chiang Mai. She tailored each course to the specificities of the students, and always did a tremendous job.

My first session with Rosie was great. Her demonstrations and detailed instructions made following along super simple, especially for people like me who aren't overly experienced with all the yoga poses.
There was a happy balance between being spiritual and strength and body focused, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Rosie knows what she's doing and I will definitely continue practicing under her direction!
I've had the opportunity to have Rosie teach me Ashtanga Yoga for several years. She radiates a positive energy in the classes she instructs. She makes great adjustments and I'm always looking forward to her helping me adjust poses to work with my body or help me align properly in the poses. She is outgoing and is able to walk you verbally through poses and demonstrate as well. Hands down my favourite yoga teacher!!
Rosie leads an amazing Ashtanga class. She transitions through the postures beautifully and offers lots of options for multiple levels of practitioners. Her positive spirit shines through her lessons and I always leave her class happy that I came.
Rosie has the kind, calming presence that every student yearns for. She challenges seasoned yogis and supports/encourages those who are new to yoga, all in the same class. She takes the time to connect with every student before class begins, with a huge smile and this great positive energy. Her classes leave you refreshed and energized, with just enough of that next-day ache to make you feel like you got a great workout. I would highly recommend her for both group classes and privates!
Rosie is a very knowledgeable and approachable yoga instructor. She leads a well- structured class, mixing challenging sequences with more restorative and relaxing poses. I like how she always gives options so you can scale up or down depending on your abilities.
Rosie's energy is irresistable. She also has a clear and soothing voice that allows you to focus on your practice while always knowing that she is there to guide you.
If you're lucky enough to be in the same city as Rosie be sure to take a class with her!
