I'm a fun loving- friendly kiwi, currently teaching my way around Southeast Asia. I teach a hatha flow style of yoga with strong focus on the breath and awareness.
I came to yoga as a way to understand myself a little better, to understand how the outer reflects the inner, and as a way of developing self love and acceptance. I teach what I'm learning, and that changes every day, so I like to keep things interesting.
And I'm very serious about not taking things too seriously.
