I have been practicing yoga for many years. It has helped me in so many ways. I love the way certain poses & breath work can calm the body and quiet the mind. Then there are certain poses that can energize the body as well. My agility, flexibility and strength have improved over the years. Yoga is not just about the physical asana practice, it is also breath work (pranayama), relaxation, meditation and much more for me.
