Roxane began doing yoga over ten years ago as a way to alleviate her chronic back and neck issues. She quickly became a yoga enthusiast because it helped her with problems she didn't even realize she had! She has since trained in several forms of yoga and became certified in various styles of yoga. She draws upon this broad training and knowledge to find the best way to help each of her students.
Roxane strives to make yoga more accessible. She break down the postures into basic steps and adds details so each student can add the layers they need to the postures. She helps her students get the most out of their yoga. Roxane believes yoga is a great form of self-therapy for the body and the mind!
