Since 5 years I have been practicing yoga, for the benefits for the mind and body and joy it brings :) I practiced for three years in the Netherlands with my main teacher Jan, then I started to travel, learned from amazing teachers in India where I also completed my teacher training. After doing some more courses and working in a yoga teacher training school in India, I am now teaching yoga in Cambodia.
I teach Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. My classes are focussed on bringing the awareness inside and to the present moment by using the breath as a bridge between the mind and body. In the flow classes the postures are connected by a "vinyasa", a series of asanas correlated with the breath. The classes are structured and taught as such to bring peace and equanimity to mind and body of all the students present.
Besides that I also offer Thai and Yoga Shiatsu massage.
