I started in a class at the age of 15 which i now teach. I decided when i left university that i wanted to live a life of movement and settled on Yoga as my main method. I draw on science, dance and martial arts to inform my practice and have done a a few styles of massage which i bring into partner practice in class at times.
Right now im busy with a young family and find that teaching one or two classes every day allows a constant thread and connection to the teaching experience. This is precious to me because in the past i have taught many classes a day and it is too much for me!
