Ruth has been enjoying the practice of yoga since 2001. Yoga has brought strength, balance, confidence and mindfulness to her life, and she is passionate about bringing these gifts to others. She is skilled in making yoga accessible to students of all ages and abilities. Her expertise is teaching you how to use yoga to better handle the daily challenges and transitions of life with more grace, ease, and less stress, becoming stronger in your true self.
She received her 200-hour certification through Dover Yoga Studio's Yoga of Energy Flow Teacher Training program, and is currently working on her 500-hour certification through Kripalu's School of Yoga. Ruth is a certified Yoga Ed Instructor, having completed their K-8 certification program. She is also a certified ChildLight Yoga instructor, and has a foundational certification in Thai Massage.
She teaches kids yoga, family yoga, vinyasa yoga and kundalini yoga. She also stays active through running, biking, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and keeping up with her 2 amazing children.
