After practicing yoga for many years and experiencing the mind/body presence, I knew I had to share that with others. I am a 200 RYT and currently pursuing a 300 hour certification. In addition, I trained with Judith Hanson Lasater in Relax and Renew restorative yoga. Every time I walk into a class to teach, I know it will be a new experience for me and look forward to sharing what I know. Thank you to all the teachers in my path that lead me on my yoga journey.
