After 5 years of practising mainly Ashtanga Vinyasa, I delved deeper into the world of Yoga and found that I enjoy many styles of Yoga especially Vinyassa flow ,Restorative and Yin and I have attended many workshops .
Seasonal Yoga has inspired me to connect to nature and enabled me to access the more spiritual aspects of yoga. Pranayama is especially important and I encourage breath work form the beginning of my classes, as well as a long warm up mobilising the spine before we flow into a series of Seasonally Hatha and Ashtanga inspired postures finishing with a blissful Savasana and sometimes a short meditation or Yoga Nidra.
I play music in most of my classes and find it a useful tool to change the mood of the classes.
I teach adults , chair yoga , teen yoga , family yoga and I am developing Creative Art Retreats in different places as well as day and weekend Workshops. I am a practising Sculptor and Community Artist Iand I run workshops in combing art and yoga in different ways and how we can connect and support Creativity in our Yoga Practise and Meditations.
