Ryan is skilled in the healing art of yoga, therapeutic massage, as well as, qigong movement/meditation and its clinical applications. His yoga practice is rooted in the tradition of “the father of modern yoga” Sri Krishnamacharya. He spent over a decade studying, moving and breathing with great modern yogis such as Shiva Rea, Annie Carpenter, Jo Tastula, Matt Pesendian, Guru Muhk and many others while living in Los Angeles, California. He continues on his healing path with the teachings and guidance of the extraordinary visionary Qigong healer, Damaris Jarboux in Boulder, Colorado.

Infusing the wisdom of his teachers with his own sense of humor and inner guidance, he has his own unique voice as a yoga teacher and delivers a well-rounded, heart-centered practice. Ryan aims to empower and inspire others to take responsibility for their individual health and wellbeing. He views Yoga as a system of radical self-care and self-inquiry. He believes that the process provides invaluable tools for making every day of life more peaceful and enjoyable.
