I am a certified 200 hour teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I have taught various skill levels from total beginners to more advanced students. My personal practice synchronizes breathing to music, creating a flow that allows for creativity and spontaneity. I can also teach restorative, elements of Acro / Thai Restorative, core-centric, and gentle yoga. I have a lineage of hands on deep adjustment, am also very comfortable with verbal cueing, and can also teach family style yoga.
