I've practiced yoga and meditation for the last decade, discovering the benefit of both after recovering from a life-threatening broken neck.

My classes incorporate music, dharmic wisdom, sequencing balancing effort and ease, and an emphasis on building strength, improving alignment and developing focus between movement and breath. In my classes expect to sweat, be energized, feel powerful, find some bliss and probably sleep better.

I study and practice daily, teaching at least one class per week, and am thankful for the many amazing teachers I've encountered along my path, including Lesley Desaulniers, Sean Silvera, Dan Nevins, Rodney Yee, Stephanie Schneider, Rusty Wells and Jason Crandell.
