Always an active person, I first discovered Yoga in 1997 in a Fitness Centre where I joined the Kundalini classes.

But only in 2006, after spending several years teaching Scuba Diving, I started my regular Sivananda Yoga practice.
Including the five core points of Sivananda Yoga (physical exercise (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation, meditation and proper diet) into my daily life made me feel healthy and happy.
To deepen my knowledge of the yogic philosophy I completed my first yoga teacher training in the Sivananda tradition in Germany from 2010 to 2012.

In early 2013 I joined the Level 2 Yoga Teacher Training Course (500h Advanced Teacher Training) at the Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham Ashram in Kerala/India.
My classes are coloured with elements of Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.
In 2013 I discovered Aerial Yoga. This new fun way to practice traditional yoga immediately fascinated me. To safely incorporate the hammock into my yoga classes I completed the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in November 2013.
