This class is for beginners and those that would like to go beyond. It is taught in a Vinyasa Flow style which means we'll flow through poses or asanas with the breath. Modifications will be given for those who want to challenge.
This class style is Vinyasa flow which is a faster paced flow and we flow with our breath in and out of asana to build heat for safer and deeper stretching and strength building. Advanced asana will be offered for those looking to deepen their practice! This class helps to balance us out and sweat, detoxifying the body.
