I believe yoga is one the best ways to keep us connected with our Divine essence. Through yoga and meditation, I have learned that my body is a reflection of my beliefs, how we feel and experience everyday has to do a lot with what we think and believe our lives are.
I also incorporate energy healing as Reiki into your yoga practice. I believe that as you move through your asanas, a level of self awareness increase within you which gets more supported by Reiki after your yoga practice. This allows the body to relax and receive the benefits of Universal life force energy and accelerates the process of healing.
