I moved to Sussex six years ago and fell completely in love with having the sea on my doorstep and the south downs at my back. Being so close to these powerful landscapes and their ever changing power, colours and beauty inspires me everyday!
I have practiced yoga for around 10 years, during my time on the mat I often find myself connecting to the same peace I find when I'm sat listening to the waves on the beach or out walking on the Dyke.
I am passionate about sharing this sense of calm through my teaching, helping you to let go of the anxieties and stresses that life can often bring. In classes we often explore postures and have fun with movement, helping to develop an awareness of our body's energy and abilities, and for the mind to become present.
