I am a fun & inspiring yoga teacher and a lifelong and committed yoga practitioner. My teaching is a unique blend of many styles and is absolutely for everyone. Attention to detail brings maximum strength and flexibility to each individual, so they always feel a sense of progress - engaging absolute beginners to those at highly advanced levels of practice, incorporating elements of Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga etc. My classes also include breathing and meditation techniques to help focus and calm even the busiest & distracted mind. I run regular classes, beach yoga, and hold regular workshops and retreats. Classes will enhance your state of mind, energise your body and refresh and uplift your spirit, bringing a sense of profound calm and relaxation.
