Sally has been practicing Yoga since childhood and teaching since 2000. Sally has worked with many teachers over the years and her style is creative and intuitive and draws on the many styles of Yoga including Hatha, Astanga and Iyengar.
Sally has a particular love of the body and its mechanics, which brings a strong element of alignment to her classes. She is very enthusiastic about teaching Yoga and her classes are friendly, informative and encouraging, working with you to get the best out of your yoga practice. Sally has also trained as a teacher for pregnancy and childbirth and post natal yoga, and encourages active birth to all her students
