Yoga is now, Atha!
Sally stepped into her first yoga class in back in Iran. She left the class feeling incredibly happy and joyful. Since then she’s been practicing yoga on and off her mat.
In 2012, she found her teacher and decided to deepen her practice by learning more about philosophy of yoga and bringing it to her day to day life. Sally’s influences are include Jafar Alexander and Maryam Ovissi. Practice of yoga inspired her to be mindful in every aspect of her life. She believes she became stronger, fearless and definitely more flexible.
She loves challenging, fun vinyasa classes as well as yin and contemplative sessions. She is passionate about sharing her practice to help others live a more mindful life, as she started the journey of self-awareness and living in the moment, by bringing the yoga theory to her life.
Sally is a Registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RT200)
As her teacher says “Yoga is simple: breathe, move and find your way to silence” . No matter what type of class she teaches or what level of student she practices with, she brings this theory to her classes.
