I love yoga and I love to teach, but it wasn’t until my family had grown up that I put the two together. In time, as one of my daughters and then a second, became pregnant, I wanted to learn more about how yoga can help women at this special time of their lives. Once my two grandchildren were born and my daughters became mothers themselves, it was a natural progression for me to learn about yoga for the postnatal period too. Of course, this grew to discovering how much fun yoga can be for toddlers and pre-schoolers. So here I am, sharing yoga with lots of lovely pregnant and postnatal women and their gorgeous babies, toddlers and young children.
