Yoga has been a large part of my life since my late twenties, and I have been exploring and embracing yoga ever since qualifying as a Yoga Seasonal Vinyasa flow teacher in 2011.
My teaching style is personalised, and i work closely with each student to ensure their well-being, safety and to allow them to deepen their practice. With an intuitive approach, the rhythm of each class is adapted to the needs of the group as well as the individual working with the elements related to each season.
I further completed a specialist British Wheel of Yoga course for People living with Cancer. A practice for increased harmony of body, breath and mind. It's goal is the union integration and healing of body and soul.
Yoga for people living with Cancer is a specialised yoga class addressing the needs of people facing cancer, using gentle techniques of movement and breathing with relaxation and meditation, and is available for cancer patients, recoverers and their carers on an individual and small group basis.
