Following the teachings principles of Vanda Scaravelli: Connecting with the breath, gravity and developing an increasingly flexible spine and alive feet with which we connect with out fluids and rediscover our personal rhythm. Yoga is a full-body event, a dance. Every movement is perfect as it is like a wave hitting the shore. The yoga asana is not the aim anymore but unfolds naturally once we meet our body in gentleness and kindness because the body loves gentleness.
Gentless, selfcare and surrendering are my key words.
Because following Vanda Scaravelli‘s words: „Yoga should not be a training for body control; on the contrary, it must bring freedom to the body,all the freedom it needs.“
