I have always had a passion for sports and the outdoors but it wasn't until I sustained an injury that I realised I had been neglecting to really look after my body. This led me to the practise of Hatha yoga.

After practising on and off for a few years I discovered Vinyasa Flow Yoga and the combination of movement with breath whilst creating heat, strength and flexibility had me hooked and I realised I wanted to teach others and share the deep joy and peace this practise is able to offer. I have since had the good fortune to study with some of the best yoga teachers and the incredible depth of knowledge has helped me to really understand the biomechanics of the body.

I love to share all I have learnt and continue to learn with my students to inspire them to greater levels of strength, flexibility and a deeper awareness of their own practice.
