Hey all! I grew up in a small town in Missouri. I have always felt deep communion with the earth and all of it's creatures, which lead me to move to Texas in 2012. As I deepened my yoga practice I knew immediately I felt called to teach and help others cultivate that connection to their breath and body. I believe in the alchemy of healing physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the self through yoga. My practice is flow based and breath centered, and focuses on feeling deeply and moving energy in a grounding and strengthening way.

I teache a playful and nourishing class focused on listening deeply to the body. The breath is used as a tool to access presence and guide each pose. Class typically contains an alignment-based mash of pranayama, a strengthening and heat building flow, opportunities for arm balances or inversion, and moments of deep relaxation and surrender. Each class contains a tie to life and how to be with all of its moments. I believe this practice extends into our everyday expression and relationship with the world, creating a more conscious and compassion filled while having a blast practicing yoga!
