I have practiced yoga for over 25 years and qualified as a multi-style yoga teacher in Southern Goa, India. My approach to holistic health is based on meeting every experience in a positive way. We all have unique challenges to face in our lives and my aim is to bring kindness, compassion and a genuine smile to every client. In my yoga classes you can expect uplifting yoga practised in a supportive, sharing environment.

couldn't ask for a better teacher.

As a newcomer to yoga, and someone with ongoing health issues, I find Sam to be a fantastic teacher. Sam's positivity and enthusiasm encourage you to give it your all, whilst the compassion she preaches and teaches make the classes accessible to even the most broken of us. We practice our yoga in a busy Martial Arts center, and Sam's gentle tones bring peace and tranquillity to the mat, lifting the spirits and ensuring a meditative and satisfying experience.

My favourite!

I have known Sam for over 30 years, but have only been practicing yoga with her since April 2014. Sam's 10 week beginner's course got me hooked within 2 weeks and since then I have practiced with her at least twice a week. She has a lovely tone to her voice which really makes it enjoyable to listen when she explains fully not only what to do but also how to do it. She encourages the whole class to push their boundaries in a safe way and we all love seeing her show us the full intention of any asana and who knows, one day we may get there too! Teaching yoga with compassion to a wide range of people, many of whom are injured, makes Sam's classes both fun and educational. I am ALWAYS glad when I finish a class with Sam.
