Samantha grew up in a small town in New Hampshire surrounded by nature and the mountains. She always found a connection with the Earth and was raised by a mother who spoke about acceptance, openness and understanding of everyone and all walks of life.
In 2011, when she was in her junior year of college, she began her journey with yoga being first introduced to it in a small studio where the spiritual aspects of yoga was their foundation. She immediately fell in love with it and enjoyed learning about how to find inner stillness and peace with an overactive mind in this crazy world.
Samantha was always very athletic all her life enjoying gymnastics, tennis, dance, swimming, track and more; even studying dance in college. It wasn’t until a friend of hers told her about yoga that she became connected with this practice and found that it allowed her to understand the body and its movement capabilities in a way unlike before.
After years of practicing Samantha received her 200 RYT in 2017 and is happily certified through the Yoga Alliance. In her classes she teaches a dynamic flow that engages not just your body, but your mind and spirit as well with influences of Jivamukti and Ashtanga styles. She enjoys bringing a sense of love and devotion into her classes allowing you to find what makes you connect with yoga.
