I am married and a mother of 3.
I have been a voice coach for many years working with a diverse range of clients in business and the performing arts.
I have practiced yoga since 2000 so it seemed natural a few years ago to train as a yoga teacher. My training is ongoing and am currently enrolled in a further 500 hour teacher training with Tiffany Cruikshank's Yoga Medicine. The strong anatomical/physiological focus of the training reflects the focus of my private work where many of my students are dealing with Injuries or physiological issues. It's important for me to be able to address these and create a bespoke sustainable practice for each student that can help with their recovery/healing.

I teach private and small group classes at my studio in Wimbledon and also teach at Lululemon and Yotopia in Covent Garden.

My Vinyasa Yoga classes combine creative, dynamic sequencing with a focus on weaving yogic philosophy into our everyday lives. It's about staying in the moment and finding peace and freedom within by letting go of everything that doesn't serve us. Attention to breath, alignment and safe technique is key but so also is the opportunity to play and experiment.
