In 2010 I felt in love with Tango as a dance. I wanted to do everything necessary to improve as much as possible. I had to realize, that I will not be able to advance much without a profound understanding of the body's biomechanics. That's how I started to investigate with different dancing techniques, stretching methods and Yoga. Getting more into Yoga and it's different aspect I learnt to love it as much as it happened to me with Tango. Because it's holistic, captures the whole live without neglecting any aspect and because it offers a permanent inner and outer change (to the better) of oneself.
That is why I have decided to follow the path of yoga and why I want to share it with others.
