Chi Kung is an art from the chinese ancient medicine, a way to training our body and mind with exercises with many health benefits, using the breathing and the body static or dinamic way, improving the armonia of the vital touch. I practice this art like dailytraining, looking for movement with "chí", with sensitivity and "warmth", letting go of the mind in free meditation. Its very important in my practice meditation, and frequently we start the classes calming and relaxing mind with good meditation and breathing. We practice in our centers and also in nature like forests and beachs. Im so happy to teaching this art in our yoga centers asociated.
