I am a passionate teacher and student of yoga. I strive to bring awareness to the self and the breath through a challenging yet playful asana practice.
In 2015, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through YYoga in Vancouver, BC, under the guidance of Kristin Campbell and Janet Corvino.
I have always believed in an active lifestyle. I grew up competing in gymnastics, dance and cheerleading. As an adult, I practiced cross-fit and Bikram yoga until I tore my Achille's tendon in 2013. Then, I fell in love with the healing and spiritual benefits of vinyasa-based yoga. My classes are a combination of powerful strength-building, creative sequencing and nourishing soul-seeking. It is through yoga that we come to realize the potential of our minds and bodies!
I teach in Vancouver, British Columbia, where I am also a high school English teacher.
