I discovered the power of yoga during my stay in Thailand, where I have been travelling, living, studing, and working the last 6 years. After a few years of devotional personal practice and a deep love for yoga, I did my first yoga teacher training in India in 2014, and my pre-natal & post-natal yoga teacher training in 2015. My goal is to teach and share the practice of this healing and spiritual discipline with so many benefits for body mind and soul, with patience, passion and empathy.
My classes are about connection, connection with others and with yourself. All levels are welcome, as the class will be addapted according to the phisical condition of each student. The classes consist in a slow paced practice of hatha yoga focused on the correct alignment of the body during the postures and the coordination between body movement and breath. Variations for each asana are tauch in order to adapt the practice to the level, need and physical condition of each student. Pranayama and meditation also are explored during my classes.
I teach mainly hatha yoga and hatha yoga flow, but I also can teach gentle yoga, vinyasa and tantra yoga.
