Working always in the way, slowly understanding more and more things, and helping other to try to understand how the mind wwork, how to deal witth, how to live more in present moment and know more about our inner self, about our truth self.
So the classes will be guided bringing the atention into the body, but also the mind and the energy, of course the breathing, so the week course will be focus in balance, find more calm and peace inside us. With my partner Sacha we will go deeply into the fisic too. He is more in to the active Yoga, flow, and help to find balance in our fisical level too. So in between both, we create a nice week program to share with you.
