My Gentle focused classes aim to adapt yoga to the individual, not the individual to yoga. Gentle Yoga is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, or restorative. I believe in the power of yoga to be gentle and different for every student.
Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. I enjoy incorporating Mantra, Relaxation and Yoga Nidra into a balanced class.
