Sandra is a yoga teacher that firmly believes in the power of yoga to bring you into the present moment through developing each individual's innate capabilities for strength, clarity and mindfulness. As a busy mum and wife, Sandra chooses each day to navigate through the noise and chaos of everyday life with the joy and fun that being in the present moment brings.

Through her 13 years of practice, she has seen how yoga can bring one from a world of distraction to a place of calm, clarity and inner strength. She always endeavours to help her students move closer to these qualities by sharing the tools of yoga she has learned from her own teachers.

After many years practicing Ashtanga Yoga, Sandra trained with Judy Krupp and John Ogilvie, giving her a deep appreciation for anatomy in motion and making yoga truly accessible to every body. She is currently an apprentice at North Sydney Yoga, a training that has allowed her to deepen her relationship with her inner world through a long and consistent approach to yoga practice.

In addition to having an individual and personal approach to teaching, Sandra is also an experienced Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher. She believes in every woman's strength and intuition for determining the best path for the birth of her baby and every parent's innate ability to parent their child. She loves nothing more than helping pregnant women and new mothers navigate their way to finding their own "voice" in parenting through yoga.
