Having fun while discovering one’s full potential is the guiding force behind my public classes as well as my personal practice. I thrive on pushing the boundaries of what the human body is capable of, but at the same time I am keenly aware of the need for balance and recovery. I carefully observe and listen to my students, so that I can help each individual achieve their own goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

Awesome Teacher

I has been a privilege and an honor to have been taught by Sandra. It's refreshing to practice with someone with the same like mindedness as her. I was introduced to Acroyoga by Sandra and I absolutely love it. It's a change to the traditional yoga that I do. Awesome teacher!!

New to Yoga

Being relatively new to yoga ( and a man of mature age ), what I have most appreciated of Sandra as an instructor, is that she goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed, challenged and safe. Oh and most importantly that we're having fun.

Very friendly, experienced teacher

Sandra has a great personality. She leads yoga in an easy going but safe way and has lots of experience in different kinds of yoga. She is very body oriented and teaches in a pleasing way, with a good balance of demonstration and explanation.
We have lots of fun in Acro Yoga and laugh a lot!
