I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and completed my Yoga Teachers’ Training with Raji Thron in 2006. My primary teaching style is vinyasa, with a creative integration of yoga styles. A student of diverse spiritual traditions, I have a an interest in the subtle energetic bodies, emotional and mental states and their effects on the physical body. I like to think of yoga as a vital part of anyone's health and wellness picture, inclusive of every level of interest and fitness. I enjoy bringing in sound and awareness of other senses into the practice of yoga.
