"All that matters is your body and your breath for the time you're on this mat." That is my view of yoga -- a time to bring the focus into your body and your breath, bring stillness and peace. I hope, as a teacher, to help each student feel better than when they came to me. To help them through the journey of yoga and discovering themselves. And of course, to have fun! I enjoy working with all levels and as an active duty military member, I especially enjoy working with veterans and active duty alike.
