Sanjay began exploring consciousness development and the healing arts at the age of 15. He feels privileged to name among his many teachers such gifted and generous beings as the late Sri K. Patthabhi Jois, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Ani Karin, Swami Shankarananda and Paul Dallaghan.
Sanjay’s asana – physical posture – practice is integrated with daily pranayama – yogic breathing exercises, as well as meditation and philosophical study spanning many spiritual traditions. These include Kashmir Shaivism, Mahayana Buddhism and yoga’s sister science of Ayurveda.
Sanjay has taught in many places around the working including Australia, Canada, UK, Nepal and India. He offers workshops and retreats throughout the year to further his students’ knowledge and provide the opportunity to find inner peace and happiness.
