Saoirse took her first yoga class 14yrs ago while living in New Orleans and instantly fell in love. Having always been an active person, she found yoga to be the perfect balance of playful movement and mindful meditation.
Saoirse completed her 200hr teacher training in 2015. She likes to explore different styles of yoga, reads endlessly on the topic, and goes to workshops and retreats whenever she can. She appreciates that there is always more to learn and ways to go deeper in this practice.
Saoirse believes that everyone can benefit from yoga and bring greater strength and awareness into their lives.
