Hi, I have been teaching movement my whole life. I come from a ballet background then moved into fitness. Yoga has brought all the different movements together for me. I teach a flow yoga class, which contact posture with each other with music. I also teach let your yoga dance, which is dancing through the chakras of the body. I facilitate a Women's Yoga and Chant Retreat yearly with my partner in bliss Whendi Cooke in the Spring.
