I am a Manchester-based Italian qualified fitness instructor (FIF/CONI, Italy), ashtanga yoga teacher in training (YMCA/REP) and freelance health & fitness writer with more than 15 years of experience in gyms, studios and 1-2-1 lessons.

I started out as a dancer (ballet and modern) when still little and then feel in love with the fitness & gym world, where I have been working as consultant, fitness instructor, hip-hop & dance teacher, exercise to music instructor and club assistant in Italy and the UK since 1996.
In 2012 I opened The Healthy Freelancer - my first blog about health & fitness, recently re-branded - and have been writing and blogging about nutrition, fitness training and yoga since then.
In 2013 I published my first book (Balance Your Words, , 2013 Amazon) and in the same year I became a health & fitness speaker & online trainer.
In 2015 I became a qualified Sport Writer.

in 2015, after 4 years of yoga classes and self-practice I have decided to become a yoga teacher and I am now studying yoga with YMCA, where I specialise in Hatha, Ashtanga and Restorative.

In the past, I have practiced yoga in London and Manchester, attending Ashtanga, Aerial, Iyengar, Kundalini, Hatha and Restorative classes and workshops.

I have also been practicing gymnastic for 4 years and swimming for 6 years.

I am REP and FIF member.

I love Ashtanga yoga and fitness, I am also interested in chakra meditation and how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Besides being a fitness instructor, tutor and blogger and a yoga teacher in the making, I am also a qualified (MA MA BA) translator with more than 8 years of professional experience in the industry.

I run my own business and as a freelancer I am particularly interested how freelancers can beat stress and live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
