I'm a yoga instructor and a professional dancer.

Following my LOVE FOR MOUVEMENT and the human body I explored different techniques such as yoga, Pilates on machine, Feldenkrais as well as different dance styles.

My yoga classes are the RESULT OF EVERYTHING I LEARNT over 12 years of experience. While still teaching a yoga class, I add some elements that I found interesting and enriching in other body-practices.

In my classes I try to give everyone PERSONAL TIPS so that, even in a group class, my students feel they are working individually to develop their own potential.

My classes are dynamic and created in order to make the body tired so that the mind can find quite during the practice.
Throughout the class, thanks to a deep workout (YES, IN YOGA YOU SWEAT!!!) where every movement is CONNECTED TO THE BREATH, your thoughts will slow down and you will end up in a more peaceful and quite state of mind than when you first walked in.

I believe yoga to be a great tool for our everyday busy lives: it brings FOCUS, patience, STRENGHT, flexibility and improves the CONNECTION TO OUR OWN BODY, MIND AND SOUL.

And, on top of all this, it also shapes a BEAUTIFUL BODY!!!

I'm passionate about teaching and love to share with generosity all my knowledge and taste for movement which I believe to be an ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT of a happy life!

The best yoga teacher

I joined Sara's yoga class last summer and it becomes my favourite activity on the weekend. Before I met with Sara's yoga class, I did yoga several times, but I always found some excuses to quit the classes. However, when I practiced yoga with Sara, I really enjoyed it and now I am attending her classes regularly. I think she is the best yoga teacher. Her classes are a combination of challenging, relaxing, and fun. Also, we practice yoga at the marina by the sea, and this provides a nice atmosphere. I feel so good and healthy after her classes. I feel Sara's classes help me to increase awareness of and connection with my body. I strongly recommend Sara's yoga.

The best teacher i ever had

I started taking classes with Sara around a month ago and she has already have been helping me a lot. First of all, I can already see results. Than she could immediately see what were my back problems and make specific exercizes for that, and now I have much less pain. After every session I feel reborn and happier. She is professional and the best teacher of Yoga I have encounter.

Awesome Teacher

I've taken a few classes with Sara and they have all been incredible. Just the right amount of challenge while still being super relaxing and enjoyable. As a teacher, Sara is experienced and does a great job controlling the tempo of the class so you never stop moving. She also does a great job making every class a bit different and introducing new elements each week. These were the first yoga classes I've taken but thanks to Sara I will definitely stay with it. Highly recommended!

Best yoga teacher I've had

Sara is the best yoga teacher Ive had the chance to practice with. Her energy is contagious and she takes the group through an intensive class. She will take the time to explain exactly what is supposed to happen in your body with each position, the energy and the tension that you should be looking for, so that you are actively engaged, body and mind, during the entire class. She spends most of the class going around and helping you find your position and understand which muscles to engage. Going to her yoga class on the beautiful beachfront has become my religious ritual and after just a few months, I started seeing and feeling great results: more mobility in the hips, better posture, no more back pain, and a super flat stomach!

Amazing yoga classes in a beautiful surrounding!

Sara' s yoga classes are amazing. She has a lot of knowledge and will explain what exact mussels you work on during the specific movements you do throughout the class. She will make sure you are doing the right movement as well as challenge yourself by readjusting your body throughout the exercises. She is a truly wonderful teacher with a very positive outlook on life, which make these classes, apart from the amazing view on the sea, extra fun to go to.

Amazing vibes!!

Sara, is an absolutely amazing teacher! She explains everything, very hands on, encouraging, and has such a very calming voice that really helps you concentrate while practicing. I highly recommend her!!

Best yoga teacher in tel aviv

i'm practicing yoga with Sara for 6 months now and I'm very satisfied.
I like her classes because they are dynamic, diverse and they are a mix of many elements.
We work hard but in a very relaxed and easy-going athmoshpere.
I strongly recommend her classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced level.

Sara is an amazing teacher, she is very attentive to her atudends and make sure everyone is following the movments correctly. Always friendly and nice. I strongly recommened for whom ever wants to try and practice yoga!

Best Yoga Teacher I have had so far

Sara is really friendly and has always a smile on her face, because she really love what she is doing. Her classes are well organised and cover strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises.
During the classes she perfectly describes and shows how to do the postures and breath to it and if you don't get it right she will slightly correct you into the right posture. The classes brought my Yoga and body experience to a new level.
All in all I can really recommend to take a class with Sara.

Great teacher

Sara is a great teacher, what I really enjoyed about her classes is that she is very attentive and willing to give ad-hoch advices. The lessons are very well structured. Compared to other classes I had, with Sara's ones at the end of the sessions I have a deeper perception of my body. Approved and recommended !

Build Your Practice

From the first lesson, it was apparent that Sara will be able to tailor her lessons to your needs, be they strength training, flexibility, breathing exercises, or meditation. Simply speak with her before or after the lesson about your goals. This will allow for better communication between teacher and student, as well as between you and yourself!

amazing Yoga teacher !

I started yoga classes only a few weeks ago, and I can already say that Sara is an amazing teacher ! She is at the same time very friendly and very professional, and after a few classes, I already feel stronger (both mentally and physically), more flexible, less stressed, and the quality of my sleep improved a lot. The class is very intense and very rewarding. Highly recommended !

sara's powerful yoga class

I experienced Sara as a very good teacher. She understand very good her body and that is helping her pass the information better to her studdents. The class is very flowy and powerful so it allows you to really deepen into the class. Plus she have got a very loving and giving heart, she is happy to help and very passionate about what she does! One of the best vinyasa flow teachers

Sara is a person with a compassionate presence, that and her knowledge and warmth make her yoga class special. She's a very professional teacher with an eye for details and she doesn't hesitate to correct you or to explain a pose again if necessary. Her class is the perfect place to sweat, strain and relax. I love her teaching style!

Great experience

My first Yoga classes were with Sara and she is a great teacher, does not go too fast and also not so slow. She focuses a lot on each student and demonstrates every movement/position in a great and very understandable way. Totally recommended and also an incredible person, very friendly.
